The last London to Paris I completed was in 2010 - just over 300 miles in four days. I raised just over £3500 for Action Medical Research

This time I'm doing it for Prostrate Cancer, a worthwhile charity that I am thankful to for all the great work that they do.

In 2005 I was lucky that doctors found a tumour in my stomach before it was too late and it was removed without problem. Late last year my partners father ( Roy) was diagnosed with prostrate cancer. They caught it early and he's doing very well after treatment.

So what ever you about to give it will go to good and worthwhile cause.
