I am running the London Marathon 2012 and, in doing so, am raising money for St Raphael's Hospice, which is a charity close to my heart.

St Raphael's provides hospice care to people facing life-threatening illness in the boroughs of Merton and Sutton.  The service is completely free of charge, and provides high quality medical and nursing care, as wekk as support to family and friends.  They care for 900 patients and their families each year and the kindness which they show to each individual is remarkable.  However, in order to continue to provide this service, St Raphael's needs to raise over £3 million a year, every year so anything you are able to do to help would be greatly appreciated.
