I'm doing the Royal London Parks Half Marathon on October 8 to raise money for a small local charity that has had a big and positive impact on our family. This is my way of giving back just to say thank you.

CASPA is a unique, rapidly growing and award winning charity that was set up in 2002, based in Bromley, providing support to autistic children and young people, and also to their families.
