Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who has already donated ...  but it isn't too late for anyone who hasn't quite got around to it yet!  You have until the 1st July ....  

I have had four wonderful years at Maidwell, and I leave this summer.  Mum and I have just walked forty miles of the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline, camping, as part of my post Common Entrance Leavers' Challenge to raise funds for the amazing Elifar Foundation.  

It RAINED and threw huge winds at us all night on Friday, and all day on Saturday (mum wasn't too keen on the soaking and wind lashed night in the tent, let alone walking in it all day as well).  I managed to walk 20 miles on the first day and 20 miles on the last day, but sadly was not able to do the middle day as my rugby-injured leg forced me to rest - which I HATED!.  

Thanks so much for getting this far - the Elifar Foundation that Maidwell has chosen to support this year is wonderful, and it is also tiny so that all the money you donate goes direct to the excellent cause.
