George spent the last weeks of his life in the Nightingale Ward at the Whittington Hospital.  The care he received there was outstanding; expert medical treatment delivered by a thoughtful and considerate team.

This support and attention was very much appreciated by all of George's family, as well as by George himself, who was full of praise and admiration for the staff. 

We have chosen this charity as a thank you and to support their ongoing work.
