On 6th April, I’ll be taking on the hot and hilly Ibiza marathon to raise awareness and money for Young Minds, the UK's leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health. 

The crisis in children and young people’s mental health is real – in an average class of 30 young people, three will have a mental health problem. More young people than ever before are bravely reaching out for help but unfortunately help is much too hard to find, with the average wait for effective treatment being 10 years. Let’s change this!
