Hello! 

I am running 10k at the red run london at victoria park this December 1. 

I've had a fun year of holidays and weddings and piles of champagne - and I would like to find a better recipient for my Christmas presents this year.

I know it sounds a bit earnest, but one of the best things about the wedding, apart from getting to marry Ed of course, is I decided to get fit for it. It has been an amazing experience, not only for my waistline on the day, but for my mental health and my sense of being. 

Since September I've jumped back on the carbs and booze with gusto, so hoping this race will kick-start me back into fitness, and raise some Christmas present money for the charity. 

If you weren't going to give me a Christmas present in the first place give them a few quid anyway! It's Christmas after all.
