I am taking part in the Mens Health Survival of the fittest....10K with 10 obstacles on the 12th November in London.

Last year myself and 7 other girls did the moonwalk in aid of breast cancer.  Little did we know that 5 months later one of us would be diagnosed.  This girl became a great friend as I got to know her through the hours of walking we did!

This disease has very quickly spread from her breasts throughout her body and she is starting chemo this week. Every moment is precisous with her young family.  Charities like this one give so much support to families and patients and help them along the way.
