I have recently discovered the MS Centre in Berkshire and have started using their Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber as it has many benefits for people with MS. The centre offers a wide range of free services to help members of the community who have MS. They rely on grants and donations, but sadly have been impacted massively by covid. These services are vital for so many people so I’m asking you - my friends and family - to donate a few of your hard earned pennies to help support a worthy cause. I can’t do a run or a walk, and I’ve already cut out alcohol, chocolate and all the fun things so I won’t be doing anything except asking nicely. Thank you 🙏🏻 😀
