I, and a group of my colleagues from The Pony Club (under the team name Neigh Hope), are running a 12km mud and obstacle race on Sunday 4th October. Most of you will know that I'm not someone who enjoys running, but the Air Ambulance is such a worthy cause that I've decided to put myself through the pain and face the monkey bars, wall climbing, mud crawling, bridge jumping, and general torture. Hopefully I won't need the Air Ambulance during The Ram Run, but if I do I would like to have raised as much money as possible for this excellent cause.
