I have been thinking for a while how to raise money for my local MIND Mental Health charity as it is one that has helped myself and people close to me and I seen this idea from another fundraiser Dom Walker and thought I have to do this!!

I have always considered myself very strong minded but during the times I suffer with poor mental health, like many others, my mind gets the best of me (plus I cringe way too easily), so what better way to show myself and others you can really control your mind, raise money and hopefully make some people laugh with the dares.

1 in 4 people suffer with mental health disorders, 

1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts

1 in 15 people attempt suicide.

MIND is an incredible charity that helps so many people through these times, so this donation will go towards MIND Wirral to help them continue their help and support and inevitably save lives.
