On Dec 19th noon, I will start running for 24 hr continuously, join me! 

This year has been particularly harsh for everyone's health mentally and physically.  I invite everyone to join me! Run, jog, walk, cycle, 1 hour between 19th to 20th of December. Let's commemorate what this place has done for us, and motivate ourselves to stay active, let's show them that they are doing an incredible job, keeping us moving ans healthy.

FREE WHEEL NORTH has been supporting the Glaswegian community to stay active, thei amazing volunteers have been going above and beyond to keep a happy healthy Glasgow. As any other charity, they are going through hard times and it's time for us, the community, to get together, give something back and support our charities.
