Story

Last year 55,000 women were diagnosed with Breast cancer in the UK, breast cancer is the second most common cause of death of women in the UK.

Due to these shocking stats, my mild ADHD and inability to sit still; myself and Jeff will be embarking on our next challenge. To raise awareness of this shocking number of women diagnosed with Breast cancer big Jeff and I will be running two marathons and a bit totaling 55 miles to represent the 55,000 diagnosed women with Breast Cancer.

For those of you who haven't had the pleasure of meeting 'Jeff  the Giant' he is a 4 meter monster (a tad bigger than Shaquille O'Neal with heels on). He is relatively lazy and for the most part he likes to be carried. Jeff was originally created for the party scene attending festivals and parades but he has in recent years dedicated to endurance sports; completing the Cardiff Half Marathon in 2013.

In an effort to raise over £10,000 for Breast Cancer Care so they can continue to support and help people affected by Breast Cancer; Giant Jeff and I will be completing a few strolls over the coming months...

The Warm Up - European World Championships, Cardiff Half Marathon 2016. We will be giving Mo Farah a run for his money running the entire event racing him for his Quorn burgers at the finish line.

The Main Event - 55 miles

Sunday 10th July - The Wales Marathon, Tenby. 26.2 miles across rugged Welsh terrain and a world of Hills!

Saturday 16th July - Giant Jeff's Loops of the Bay. Come and join us in the sunshine running around Cardiff's stunning Cardiff Bay. Myself and Jeff will be doing laps of the Bay covering over 26 miles. The amazing Breast Cancer Care team will be stationed on the Roald Dahl Plass. Come and join us even, you won't miss Jeff. Whether you run 2 miles of the 26... the support and awareness you are bringing to this great charity will be appreciated. Children, adults and animals all welcome we won't be going that fast!
