This is the 5th time, myself and others are cycling between Llanelli and Newcastle. This will take place in July and prior to this, I am doing the Hero ride , between Edinburgh and London. Both are 450 miles and will be a tough physical challenge

We also have golf days, supermarket collections and end our fundraising year with a Black Tie Dinner on November 21st
