Sara the CEO of SiMBA is doing a 50 for 50 challenge for  her 50th birthday and I am joining her with my own challenge. Since being ill and having chemo it is very hard for me to regulate my temperature. The North Sea is very cold but it is near the house so I can quickly get warm again- so it is a challenge but safe also . 

I am very aware of the work of Simba having experienced,  as a Gran , the devastating effect of a life gone before it is lived . So this is for Isabella.
