Jan 19th was a devastating day for us all when we lost our very precious Dave to his heroic fight against cancer. He spent his last few weeks at home where he wanted to be, with us, making sure every day was not wasted.

On his very last day with us, we were joined at home by nurses from St Francis Hospice, from the very first day when Dave came home from hospital on New Years Eve, the hospice staff were on hand night and day to ensure Dave's every wish was made possible. The nurses were truly our guardian angels in what was to be the darkest time of our lives. Their care of Dave and the gentleness and compassion they had for him was truly humbling.

We have had many requests for where donations are to be sent, hence this page. The Hospice made a big difference for Dave and we would like to hopefully make a difference for someone else. Dave always liked to help people any way he could so I hope he would approve of  this.

All our family and friends have been exceptionally kind and we take great solace that Dave touched so many lives.
