Less than 2 years ago Nick was diagnosed with prostate cancer. After a successful operation he has been cancer free for over a year. We implore every man to get a simple blood test which will reveal their PSA levels. 

Nick completed the Drakes Island swim in 2022 and inspired me to start swimming. After a slow start I now swim at least 5 times a week all year round and I'm well and truly hooked!
