Along with around 50 colleagues, I'm taking part in a challenge to climb three Munros in 36 hours, with a visit to an iconic Diageo distillery at each Munro. 

In those 36 hours, we'll ascend 11,212 feet over the three peaks and walk a total of 44.5km and our itinerary includes climbing Sgurr na Banachdich overnight from midnight until 6am!

This is going to be an extreme mental and physical challenge and one that will be impossible without plenty of training and loads of support from my friends and family. 

The charity I've chosen to support with this challenge is The Survivors Trust, an agency who provide support to survivors of sexual assault and sexual violence and provide advocacy services at a local and national level.  The work they do is incredibly important to empower survivors to not be defined by their experience and I hope you can help me by donating to this cause.
