Some of you may have sponsored me and my superb team of Swanfield Swimmers last year when we took on the Great North Swim in Lake Windermere. We raised over £8,000 as a team of 8 swimmers, including one of our regular centre users, Helen, who overcame the challenges of her MS to swim half a mile! 

This year, I have signed up again (Friday 7th June), upping my distance from 2 miles to 5km.  As a 'warm up' swim I will also be splashing my way across from Lamlash (Arran) to the Holy Isle and back (approx. 3.8km) on Saturday 1st June.

So, please see your way to sponsor my efforts. The MSTC Lothian continues to support those living with Multiple Sclerosis in Lothian, the Borders & Fife. It is a busy centre, offering a range of therapies, exercise classes and support. Your contributions will be used to support the ongoing delivery of physiotherapist led group sessions at the centre.
