Glastonbury Charity Bins 2014 · 8 June 2014

CARE International is a humanitarian organisation leading the fight to end poverty in the world’s most challenging situations. Women and girls are at the centre of our work, because we cannot overcome poverty until all people have equal rights and opportunities.

That time of year is approaching once again, the most wonderful time of year, the greatest party in the world...

GLASTONBURY 2014!

As is now tradition, I'm organising personalised bins to be painted for anyone kind enough to make a donation to our chosen charity CARE International. I've fundraised for them in the past when I cycled from Morocco to Portugal and the work they do is really life changing for millions of people around the world.

  • There are 100 guaranteed charity bins in easy to find locations for those who make the minimum donation
  • £20 donation = guaranteed bin in the Market Place + tweet of your bin
  • < £20 donation = all efforts will be made to get your bin done, but will be the after all others are finished
  • >£20 donation = skip to the front of the queue!
  • Refrain from sending photos of people/pets, they will be done but don't forget that we have 40,000 bins to paint, so can't dedicate that much time to each one!
  • No words or telephone numbers (minimal initials are OK)
  • Requests must be family friendly (no distressing scenes, sexual anything or anything pro-Tory)
  • You cannot request your bin to be in a specific area, almost all charity bins will be in the Market Place
Let's make this the best festival yet!
