Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

My husband Tony was diagnosed with Progressive Bulbar Palsy (Motor Neurone Disease) in 2008 It first started with slurred speech and he was having problems swallowing after tests where carried out we got the awful news MND. Tony can't talk or walk now and this hands and his arms are now getting weaker its heart breaking watching someone you love have everything taken away from them. This is a terrible disease to which at the moment there is no cure, hopefully one day this will not be the case and they will find a cure this is why the MNDA need all our help to raise money for research. The MNDA not only do research but also help make life a little easier for the suffers and their families offering help and support. So please please help me raise as much money as possible I would never have thought in a million years that something so terrible could happen to our family and it just goes to show you never know what is around the corner things like this always happen to someone else BUT they dont they can happen to anyone at anytime that it why they must find a cure So please I ask for Tony and all MND suffers please donate to this very worthy cause. Thanks a million for reading my story
