Story

In memory of our friend, Wendy Pinder, we are raising funds by holding a raffle in aid of the Children's Bereavement Centre, Newark.

Thanks to incredibly generous support from Damien Sanders we are able to offer you a chance to WIN 2 TICKETS TO SEE BIG THE MUSICAL on opening night at the Dominion Theatre in London's WEST END!

Based on the 1988 film which starred Tom Hanks as a boy who makes a wish to be big and wakes up an adult, the musical stage adaptation of BIG is set to open on September 6th for 9 weeks only and will star JAY MCGUINESS in the lead role of Josh Baskin. https://www.bigthemusical.co.uk/

Wendy saw the show when it previously performed at the Theatre Royal Plymouth in 2016 and Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin and loved it so much she bought the jacket and wore it loud and proud! Sadly she didn't get to hear the news that she'd wished hard for that BIG was going to the West End but we have no doubt that she will be there with Jay and the rest of the cast in spirit for the duration of the run. Wendy will be sorely missed by many so in aid of the Children's Bereavement Centre let's Go BIG! for Wendy!

The Children's Bereavement Centre (CBC) was a charity that Wendy supported regularly and held in high esteem for the work they do with children and families. For more information visit their site at http://www.childrensbereavementcentre.co.uk/

In order to raise as much funds as we can for CBC, we ask for a minimum donation of £5. Each donation will gain you one entry into the draw. Therefore, if you would like to increase your chances of winning, each additional donation of £5 will get you additional entries in the draw.

Please ensure you provide your name, and your Twitter handle if you are a Twitter user.

Anonymous donations will not be entered into the draw, since we cannot trace the donor. However, if you have by accident donated anonymously and would like to be entered into the draw, send a screenshot or forward the donation email receipt to Julie at daviesj805@gmail.com or @gobigforwendy on Twitter.

If we can't get hold of the contact details of the winning donation, another winner will have to be selected.

Closing date: 31st May. The winner will be announced via Twitter & Facebook and we will contact them to arrange for them to get the tickets.

                                         GOOD LUCK!
