On 30th June, members of Gofal’s Bridgend team will be taking part in a 27-mile walk from Barry to Bridgend via the Wales Coast Path.

We are hoping to raise money for service user events for the people with mental health problems that we support. Service user events include coffee mornings, day trips and activities and prove very popular. They can improve wellbeing, confidence and independence by counteracting the anxiety, loneliness and distress faced by people with mental health problems when other support is not available.
