Eleanor Thorpe is raising money for Diocese of Liverpool

The Church of the Good Shepherd, Liverpool · 7 July 2020

The Diocese of Liverpool is an exciting, challenging and stimulating place to be. We serve a wide mix of communities in urban, rural and town parishes. We are innovative, seeking new ways to further God’s mission while respecting cherished traditions.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Here at the Good Shepherd, we care about each person who walks through our doors, and we are dedicated to serving the community we live in.

Even though services haven't taken place since March and no group has met in our building in that time, we have still had to pay our bills, and we still do.

During lockdown we have continued to hold our weekly foodbank, even with a limited number of volunteers. We have been making calls and doing online services in order to continue our ministry to the people of Croxteth and Norris Green.

We would be very grateful for any donation, however small, if you can spare it. If you have been used to giving on the plate, Just Giving is a great way to give instead.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

God bless,

The Good Shepherd, Liverpool
