MISSIONARY VENTURES THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE

 

On 25 June 2011 I am helping to lead a sponsored walk of 20 miles in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales limestone country climbing nearly 5000 feet in a day:

 

WHERNSIDE 2419 feet 736 metres             

 

INGLEBOROUGH 2373 feet 724 metres     

 

PEN-Y-GHENT 2273 feet 694 metres          

 

Missionary Ventures is a UK-registered Christian Charity working in some of the poorest countries in the world. We are seeing many lives changed through the projects we are able to support.

 

One of the main beneficiaries of this years’ Challenge is ‘The Trust Children’s Centre’ in Mbarara, Uganda. This centre will provide safe accommodation and education opportunities for former street children. The building is almost complete, but some finishing work, furniture and equipment is still needed.  Your efforts in raising money will provide hope and a future for these precious boys.
