Our beautiful, brave  5 year old son (Jake ) is currently in CICU in Great Ormond Street Hospital once again . He is awaiting one of the biggest heart surgeries you can possibly have , after battling with Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Arrhythmia all his little life . We are over 200 miles away from home & We don’t  know how long we will need to be in London. 

Once again , the amazing Sick Children’s Trust have given us accommodation a short distance away from the hospital, without them we’d be totally lost !  As well as giving us a roof over our heads,  the staff have been a constant support to us  and have really kept us going ! 

We’d love to repay their kindness , and help fund another family in their time of need , so please dig deep !
