Some of you may not know that a good friend and colleague, Anne, died of leukaemia last summer. Cancer Research UK was the charity favoured by her family for donations after her death, and I'd like to raise a bit of money for this charity and in her memory. 

I was delighted that I completed the London 10K 2 years ago, so now it's time to run round Manchester!
