My close friend Clive Bromhall suffered a major heart attack whilst out on a bike ride with me back in June. Clive was a very fit man, who had no history of problems nor a lifestyle that would have put him at risk. Sadly Clive remains in hospital and is very poorly. If it can happen to him it can happen to anyone.

Although the event is London to Milton Keynes I'll be cycling down to Alexandra Palace with 3 cycle club mates to join the event and cycling back to MK Dons stadium.
