We are cycling in aid of the White Lodge Centre, Chertsey, which provides opportunities and activities, across Surrey and the surrounding area, for people of all ages with disabilities and for carers.Their focus at present is to continue providing essential services. It costs £2 million per year for this work to continue.
Their diverse services include:

- Nursery education

- Short term respite care

- A range of different therapies including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and speech therapy

- Creative arts, life & leisure skills, information technology

- Fitness courses

- Support in finding employment

- Back care advice for carers

It is our intention to cycle from John O'Groat's to Land's End between 21 September and 30 September 2010 taking a route of about 930 miles.  The team consists of Graham Davis, Steve Stone and Patsy Howe.  Training is well under way now with club rides, sportives, commutes to work and recently a 120 mile overnight ride from London (Hackney) to Dunwich in Suffolk.
