2010 Bupa Great Manchester Run · 16 May 2010 ·

The nation’s leading first aid charity. Every year, more than 400,000 people learn how to save a life through our training programmes. Our volunteers provide first aid in their communities and thanks to them fewer lives will be lost needlessly. Raise money. Help save lives. Be the difference.

Story

A big thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far and helping me to beat my initial target of £250.

I am pleased to say that I managed to complete the run in 01:31:27

This page will remain open to allow anyone who hasn't had the chance to sponsor me to do so. Thanks again to everyone for their support.

Thanks to the customers of The Horseshoe in Levenshulme and The Huntington in Longsight I've now upped my target to £750.00.

Please continue to show your support if you haven't done so already.

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page which has been set up to raise funds for St John Ambulance Greater Manchester through sponsorship for me completing the Great Manchester Run this year.

The “Run” is a total of 10km and starts and finishes in the city centre of Manchester on Sunday 16 May and is a high personal challenge as I will have to improve my level of fitness and loose some weight in order to complete the challenge.

All funds raised will go to continue the good work that St John Ambulance do within Greater Manchester so please dig deep and where possible please tick the Gift Aid option as we can claim and extra 28p in each pound from the tax man.  Every little helps!

Keep visiting this page for updates while I prepare for the “Run”

Thanks again for your support.
