For those of you who live on Grange Park, you will no doubt have seen us all pounding the pavements and loving every minute of our running club lol.... Thanks to the effort of Rob Burgess, who is one of the most dedicated and unselfish people we all know, this man gives up his own personal time every week for us all to benefit.

A lot of us know STUART ASH from being a dedicated councillor on Grange Park but many of us know him as a friend, running companion and a very experienced sprinter.!!!!   Stuart was due to run the London Marathon this year for the Cynthia Spencer Hospice, so we all thought as a club and in memory of him, we would team up and run the WEMBLEY HALF (sorry Stuart we couldn't make the full!)
