For a fifth year running, we will be running in the Chariots of Fire race, this year to support Cambridgeshire Community Foundation (CCF).

This locally-based charity is seeking to raise funds for the Cambridgeshire High Sheriff’s Awards which support local young people who face disadvantage.

Many young people in Cambridgeshire face real difficulties because of
poor mental health, bereavement, disability and long-term illness. Others have limited support or opportunities to develop, either due to low aspirations or to the limited income levels of their families. The Cambridgeshire High Sheriff’s Awards provide opportunities for such young people to learn new skills, to develop their character and confidence, and to turn things around so they thrive and are able to make a positive difference to their communities.

Last year, we raised just over £7,000, so please help us to match this
