How It Started

Our "Day of Madness" started with a visit to the Panto in Hull with my Brother in Law Alan and our grandkids with us dressed in Elf jumpers and silly shoes. This jovial day ended up with me spending a few hours on Friday 4th December 2015 dressed as an Elf trying to raise a few pounds for the Hospice all thanks to a suggestion from my daughter Nicola. 

Since that Friday we have set about doing something crazy each year to raise a few quid for the St Andrews Hospice in Grimsby, a facility who does incredible work in our community looking after adults and children with life limiting illnesses.

Previous Sassy Outfits

The second year Alan and I got dressed up as Pirates and appeared on the Hospice website as we strutted our stuff. Last year we excelled as the Ugly Sisters thanks to amazing costumes designed and made by my sister Carol and this year we are going to be...…..(Suspense!!)

THE DYNAMIC DUO BATMAN AND ROBIN and yes we are going to attempt to recreate the scene from Only Fools and Horses!! So watch this space OR local news for when we get sectioned. 

How to Donate

Once again Alan and I have set up a Just Giving Page to accept your kind donations and hope to exceed a couple of thousand pounds thanks to your generosity, along with the extra Gift Aid provides.  If we are fortunate to meet this target then together we will have raised over  £12,000 during these last four years which is immense!
