This summer I'm taking on 3 cycling challenges, London to Brighton in June, London to Brighton Night Ride in July and then culminating with the Surrey Ride 100 in August. I'm going to need to train hard and push myself physically to come in with a time under 5 hrs in the 'Big One' in August.
