I have decided to take part in Tough Mudder this year and would like to do this to raise money for a Charity that means alot to me and my family - Capability Scotland.

All money raised will go to Capability Scotland's North Lanarkshire Service - The Wishaw Sensory Department

I have set the fund raising target at £500, which would amazing if I could get to that level, but in alll honesty just raising any money would be fantastic!

So if you could spare some pennies I would really appreciate it :-)
