We thought it was brilliant when Vauxhall chose Help for Heroes as their charity for the next 2 years and decided that we wanted to play our part so we have a few things going on to raise funds for this fantastic cause.....a team from our Prestwich site are doing the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride on the 4th July and the whole Management Team from across all 3 sites are having a walk to work day on the 5th July

From home my drive to work every day is 20 miles but we have worked out a walking route which is only 13 miles but come on thats still half a marathon!!

So to help in co-ordinating the whole thing we are all doing this together starting at 7.30am on the 5th July and hoping to get to work for lunch!!  Then going on to do a full afternons work. Some of our team struggle to walk across the car park so 13 miles with little or no training will be quite a challenge so please please please support us to help reach our goal of £2000!

We will of course be taking a camera along the way to prove that we made it!
