Story
HCPT - The Pilgrimage Trust is a charity offering pilgrimage holidays to Lourdes in the south of France for disabled and disadvantaged young people from around the UK.
Group 105 is a Cardiff based group who have been taking children and young people from Cardiff and the surrounding area for over 40 years.
HCPT provides young people age 7-18 with a variety of disabilities and needs the opportunity to experience a stimulating and highly enjoyable group holiday. Every Easter children from all over the UK travel in family groups for a weeks holiday in Lourdes. They are cared for by helpers, doctors, nurses and chaplains who volunteer to enable each child to enjoy a jam packed week full of fun, adventure and laughter. For many of their families this can also mean a week of well-earned respite for the families and carers of the children.
Group 105 actively fundraise throughout the year to cover all the costs of taking the children to Lourdes. This means we can offer them holiday with full care at no cost to their families.
