This year (June 6th), myself and other colleagues from Credit Suisse will be attempting to reach 24 Peaks in the Lake District in under 24 hours.  We will hike over 50km with a total ascent of 4,250m.  I have existing  injuries protesting already but will press on!!



This will be an amazing experience for us all involved, however, not to forget who we are doing this to support; our Charity of the Year Age UK. Age UK's vision is for a world where everyone can love in later life.  They provide older people and their families with companionship, advice and support.  200,000 people go a month without speaking to family and friends.  2million people are so lonely the TV is their companion. 800,000 are living with dementia, this number is expected to soar by 2million by 2021.

So please give generously.  Charities like Age UK need our support in order to carry out their vital work.
