Facing the world with facial hair under my nostrils is more painful than any sporting challenge I can envisage over the next few weeks.  And whilst my dad is in hospital with prostrate cancer is seems inexcusable in my case not to help fund the research that could save him.  I'm aiming for a pound for every man who dies in the Uk every year from this disease, and will donate it to Tenovus, who focus on research and prevention - especially among less privileged communities ... Please help
