Story

Better Late than never!

Sarah and I are doing the 10k Midnight Walk around Durham this Saturday in memory of her dad Stephen and to raise money for the fantastic St Cuthberts Hospice.

We’d love to raise £250- one day ofcare provided by a specialist care nurse with expertise in caring for people at the end of life. If we get higher then it is a bonus!

Having seen the Hospice first hand and experienced the unbelievable level of care they give but the strain they illeviate in so many different ways.

Here are some simple costs below.

ANY size donation is greatly appreciated!

£10- arts equipment for child bereavement suite

£50- 2hrs of specialist nursing care

£140- one day of care provided by the dementia team

£550- one day of counselling provided by family support team who support adults and children to cope with loss and grief.

£650- one day of care for all guests in the Living Well Centre.

Many thanks,

Sarah and Guy
