- 3 MOUNTAINS - 32KM - 3000M - 1 DAY -

Our Cardiff office are taking part in the Wales 3 peaks challenge to raise money for St David's Hospice Care.

On the 21st September we will be climbing three mountains in one day starting at 3am with Snowden, then Cadair Idris and finishing with Pen Y Fan. 

St David's Hospice Care are a fantastic charity and offer so much for the community. They offer reassurance of round-the-clock expert care, in a friendly, welcoming environment for those who are living through a life limiting illness.From managing someone's pain, to looking after their emotional, spiritual and social needs, hospice care supports the whole person, helping them to live their life to the full.

St David's Hospice Care not only care for the individual who is suffering from an illness, but their whole family and continue to work with them to support them through their grief.
