HCPT North East are needing your help! 

We are part of a registered charity offering holidays to Lourdes, in the south of France, for disabled and disadvantaged people within the UK and abroad.  Our aim is to enable those who may need help, especially the young, to experience pilgrimage, and we do that in small caring groups, seeking to share with joy, the gift of God’s love.

This year we would like to buy all children travelling with our region, a gift that they can keep, as a reminder of their special holiday. Teddy bears would be given to all our young people before we travel, and would be brought with them during their week away. They can be a companion on the plane, a comfort at night, or a memento of the fun-filled week they have had.  

As well as individual bears, the region would like to buy each family group, a Care Bear. This will be something groups can use to share stories, thoughts, and be there to hold and hug whenever someone needs it.
