We provide specialist palliative care to patients suffering from terminal illness

Story

Covid has proven a very difficult time for hospice with all their major fundraising events cancelled . All the Staff have done a brilliant job keeping the service running in these unprecedented  times.

This challenge has been in the background for sometime and we felt that now was an appropriate time to take it on .

10 local cyclists will climb Slieve Martin 10 times each ,totalling 4500 vertical metres (15000 feet)  on the 8th of August . The total climbed by the group will be  45000m ( 150000 feet)  achieved over  a route of approximately  90km .

The team members are LEONA FARRELL, TERESA PARR , LIZ MCLAUGHLIN, HUGH BRENNAN , TIM LEWIS , PETER NEBECLEV, PAUL STEWART, BRIAN SCULLION , ROWAN MC MAHON , HENRY MC LAUGHLIN AND EAMON MCCONVEY ( first reserve)
