I hate running, and I love beer. So in an effort to raise a good amount of money for this great charity I decided to commit to the Great North Run, and hoping to double my sponsorship I won't be drinking any alcohol from 4th July - 10th Sept (10 weeks!). The last time I ran any kind of distance was in Cross Country at the age of 16, and I cheated.

But it seems a challenge worth doing to support the Graham Wylie Foundation, who is one of a rare few charities anywhere in the world to hand 100% of donations to deserving causes. The charity focuses on Children and Youth Projects which is another reason for my efforts! 

So, please dig deep and I will provide updates of my pain and suffering in return
