We are a group of members and friends of Hazel Grove Golf Club,  running the Manchester 10km in May in aid of the charity "When you Wish Upon a Star."

Most of us are ladies of a "certain age" who have not run or jogged for over 20 years!  We began our training in January in the freezing cold when we managed to jog & walk a mile.  We are now in March and have run 3 miles for the first time this week.

It is a challenge for all of us!
