As you are reading this you are probably warm, safe and sheltered - or at least you will be tonight. Unfortunately, these are luxuries which thousands of people across Nottinghamshire don’t have.

On Friday 24th March, we will be grabbing our sleeping bags and cardboard boxes and sleeping on the street to raise money for Framework.

Framework tackle the causes and con­sequences of homelessness. They do this by helping people who are homeless, preventing people from becoming home­less and supporting people to live independently.

Last year alone Framework helped nearly 12,000 people who were either homeless or at risk of homelessness. This included helping 837 people to avoid eviction, helping 315 rough sleepers off the streets, accommodating 2,307 people and helping 2,884 people to access drug and alcohol treatment services.
