The ladies of Hull University Netball League were supposed to be heading to Porec, Croatia, for Tour over the Easter break much like many other universities sports and societies. However, now that we can’t, we are all taking on 970 mile virtual race from Dover to Porec, in aid of Leonard Cheshire’s PPE appeal. 

Starting on Sunday 26th April 2020 members of Hull University Netball League taking part will run/walk as many miles as possible in a 10 day period, we will log our miles to add up to a team total, and hopefully, be the first team to make it the 970 miles from Dover to Porec! (This will all be kept in line with current government guidelines on daily exercise limits and social distancing). 

 In light of COVID -19, it is vital that carers have important PPE like, masks, visors, gloves and aprons. Having this equipment means Leonard Cheshire can still offer this essential care, reassurance and nursing to extremely vulnerable people whilst not putting their carer's loved ones at risk in such a trying time.
