We're planning to run the entire length of Hadrian's wall - 84 miles from Bowness to Wallsend! - to raise money for Refuge. Hopefully we'll manage to complete this challenge in two days on the 30th and 31st of July. We realise everyone gets bombarded with these links all of the time but if you could spare some pennies it really is for a great cause. 

Did you know that the British public regularly gives more money to donkey sanctuaries than to victims of domestic abuse? http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2008/apr/23/charitablegiving.childprotection 

Whilst we have nothing against donkeys and wish them well, charities like Refuge are always in need of funding and work with women and children who are extremely vulnerable.
