Once again we are running the Great Manchester 10k in aid of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  Our son has lived with diabetes for almost 7 years now, he's had over 14,000 finger pricks, over 7000 insulin injections and for the 18 months he's been on pump therapy over 250 cannula changes. We'd love for a cure to be found sooner rather than later so he can enjoy the rest of his childhood care free.
