Part of Derby Kids Camps 50th anniversary celebrations, the TeamDKC50 runners are hitting the streets for the 2023 Derby 10k. Were aiming for each of our 50 team runners to raise £50+ each to fund even more much needed childrens holidays.

Story

Every year Derby Kids Camp we provide free holidays to over 300 young children on an adventure-packed camping trip in the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District creating memories that last a lifetime. This year celebrating its 50th Anniversary year, Derby Kids' Camp's #TeamDKC50 will have a team of 50 runners taking on the Derby 10k to raise funds for mush need holidays for children in the local community.

Derby Kids' Camp is a 100% volunteer-run, local charity which provides free holidays for over 300 of Derbyshire's most deserving young children each year - giving them a much-needed break and what may well be the only holiday they will receive throughout the whole year.
